ANNEX: INFORMATION NOTE ON THE OCTOCAMVISION® BRAND

The brand OCTOCAMVISION®, along with the digital assets exclusively linked to it (including the web domain), has been acquired by a new group of investors who assume its full management and ownership.

OCTOCAMVISION® continues to operate normally under this new direction, starting a new stage of growth and consolidation, backed by a new investment in equipment and technology to strengthen its operational capacity.

It is fundamental to note that this operation is exclusively limited to the brand and its assets.

The acquisition DOES NOT include nor imply the purchase of the commercial company OCTOCAMVISION S.L. (previous owner of the brand), nor any of its linked companies (such as AMELIAHUB S.L., OCTOCAM MAPS, or OCTOCAMGROUP), nor its activities, contracts, staff, obligations, or previous legal situations.

Consequently, the brand OCTOCAMVISION®, under the current ownership, maintains no corporate, labor, fiscal, contractual, nor commercial relationship of any kind with OCTOCAMVISION S.L. or any of the aforementioned entities.

Disclaimer: Any matter, claim, conflict, debt, or management linked to the activity and management prior to the transfer of the brand must be addressed exclusively to OCTOCAMVISION S.L., as these matters are completely unrelated to the new ownership and current management.
