OCTOCAMVISION® continues operating normally under new ownership, starting a new stage of growth and consolidation in the sector.

The OCTOCAMVISION® brand, as well as the digital assets exclusively linked to it, have been acquired by a new group of investors, who will become the sole owner and manager of it.

The brand is now in a process of adapting workflows, strategies and methodologies, implementing improvements aimed at strengthening its presence and service. OCTOCAMVISION® will continue to operate with its own resources, technical resources and business infrastructure from the new group of investors, totally independent from the previous company that was the owner of the brand, and with a new investment in equipment and drone technology to reinforce the operations of this new stage.

It is important to note that this operation does not imply the acquisition of the company OCTOCAMVISION S.L., former owner of the brand, nor any of its related companies, nor its activities, contracts, workers, obligations or previous legal situations; the OCTOCAMVISION® brand, going forward, does not maintain any corporate, labor, tax or commercial relationship with OCTOCAMVISION S.L., AMELIAHUB S.L., OCTOCAM MAPS or OCTOCAMGROUP.

Consequently, any matter, claim, conflict, debt or management linked to the activity and previous management must be addressed to OCTOCAMVISION S.L., being completely alien to the new ownership.
